SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Toy Garden can only send orders to street address in Malaysia and International. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We pack all online orders with bubble wrap plastic and put inside our double layered custom made brown box.

We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.

For Peninsula Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak, we are using GDEX and JNT. For Klang Valley same day delivery will use Lalamove. While for the international countries, we will ship the items via DHL Express.

SAME DAY DELIVERY (SDD)

Clients may choose the option of express shipping or SAME DAY DELIVERY. We are currently using courier services such as Lalamove for Klang valley areas. First, you will need to provide us your address and we will calculate the fee needed for SDD to your place. Once you have made the payment, we will prepare the item and send tracking number for you. You should be able to receive the item within 1-2 hours time SAME DAY. Sometimes, the SDD fee might be cheaper than normal standard delivery fee if you are in the nearby region of KL area because our office is directly in the center of KL area. Delivery cut off time would be at 5pm for SDD.

Shipping Charges

Toy Garden charges a standard shipping & handling fee with every transaction for any local or international delivery.

THERE IS STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.

There may be promotional offerings for free delivery from time to time so please check in often.

We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are  processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, Monday – Saturday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Lead Time

Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12 noon, Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery lead times are as follows:

  • Peninsula Malaysia: 2 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.
  • Sabah / Sarawak: 8 – 12 working days for your order to arrive.
  • International: 7 – 21 working days for your order to arrive.

Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working day.

SALE / PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

  • Peninsula Malaysia: Estimate 2 – 10 working days for your order to arrive.
  • Sabah / Sarawak: Estimate 8 – 16 working days for your order to arrive.

It is advised to place your order 2 weeks in advance for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.

At the time of delivery, you might be required to validate and acknowledge receipt of the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel and to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign acceptance for received products. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products.

Kindly ensure that you are available at the delivery address to receipt the delivery of your purchased order. Please log in to your account or the carrier website to track the delivery status of your shipment to ensure that you are available at the delivery address to accept delivery of your purchase. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after few attempts, or you do not pick up your order at any nearby location as stated by the carrier, the order may be disposed after the stipulated time given.

Toy Garden strictly does not accept any liability for the failure to accept delivery and we will not refund you any amount that you had spent on your order.

Track your Order

Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your user account. Alternatively, you can visit the carrier website and enter your tracking number in the tracking widget to see the status of your order delivery. Please allow a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email for the system to reflect the status of your order delivery.

If there is a delay, it will be indicated on the carrier’s website. In the circumstances that you have not seen a status update of your delivery after a week since receiving confirmation email, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
